We are truly NOT the average gun store.
I am the owner and only operator of this establishment. I do this full time, 6 days a week. Tactical Ammo Zone , sleeps and breathes firearms. You can go to certain stores who can order you firearms out of catalogs or online… sure, we can do that too… but we can also find out exactly what fits YOU best and can also customize YOUR firearm to your exact specifications. You will not find a grumpy old man who doesn’t want you asking questions, nor will you find a kid who knows no answers for those same inquiries. As far as I’m concerned, many of my best customers are those who are brand new to the sport and ALL of your questions are welcomed. We absolutely welcome our female customers. From many accounts, women are not treated fairly or even acknowledged in many firearm stores. That stereotype does not transfer to my store. If you are interested in firearms and are legal to possess said firearm, we want you to shop with us right along with the boys.
What really sets Tactical Ammo Zone apart is that I am more than willing to track down hard to find firearms in California. As you may or may not know, California is one of the trickiest states to legally own firearms. Our handguns have to be on an approved DOJ list and our myriad of legalities can make even seasoned lawyers cower in defeat. My goal is to find you exactly what you want and keep you on the legal side of California’s strict firearm laws. We want to help further our great sport and continue to promote lawful ownership and shooting practices here in our great state!
So please, feel free to come by…we may be a small store in size but we keep nearly 1,000 firearms in stock at any given moment. Pistols, rifles, shotguns, antiques, collectable… from tactical to practical we truly have it all.
We saw (and still see) the need to provide access to the best and latest gear at the best prices to anyone anywhere with access to a computer or phone.
Our focus on firearms and shooting related equipment allows us to buy in large quantities, and pass the savings to you. Everyone who works at Impact, from the owners to the shipping crew, are shooters first. We absolutely love what we do!
A dedicated crew reviews and adds new items when found to perform as advertised. If feedback indicates a product is not up to expectations, we pull it.
